| Anna Nicole Smith Dead | | Anna Nicole Smith, the former Playboy model whose flamboyant made-for-reality-TV life featured paternity and inheritence battles, drug and weight struggles, and her son's mysterious death, died Thursday in Florida. She was 39.
Smith was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital after being found unresponsive in her hotel room at the nearby Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where she was staying with her companion, Howard K. Stern. "At 2:49 this afternoon we were advised by hospital personnel that Anna Nicole Smith died," Seminole, Fla., police Chief Charlie Tiger told reporters. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family." An autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause of death. Smith's bodyguard attempted CPR before she was taken to the hospital, police said. Also, a nurse was in Smith's room who made the call for help. It was not known why the nurse was there.

When she was only 17, she married 16-year-old Billy Smith, who worked with her at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken. The mystery surrounding her death continues to ge more complicated.
though toxicity result will take wekks, the autopsym persomed on her body had some interesting results.
According to prior contrary reports, no illegal drugs were found in her room. and according to medical examiner conducting the autopsy, no illegal drugs werre found in her stomach.
